" Orrill's Auction reserves the right to reject or void bids, whether winning or not, which it believes have not been made in good faith, are intended to manipulate the Auction process, or are prohibited by applicable law.
" Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise.
" While descriptions are believed to be accurate, Orrill's Auction and the Auctioneer make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. All measurements are approximate. We have posted pieces in the belief that they are authentic, we do not guarantee it, nor can we state that they are authentic. The winning bidder bidding on these lots agrees that by bidding they understand that these pieces are being sold as is where is, with no guarantees whether the pieces are authentic or not!!! " No Credit Card Chargebacks. YOU agree that such YOU will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the Auction. YOU further agree that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these Bidder Terms and Conditions will be conclusive evidence of YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and YOU acknowledge and agree that on the presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to or for the account of Auctioneer. If, in violation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions, YOU initiate a credit card chargeback, even if successful, YOU will remain liable for all purchases made at the Auction, and YOU will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by or on behalf of Auctioneer and/or any Seller(s) in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. " The buyer's premium is 20%. Invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of the auction.
" Invoice $10,000 or over require wire transfer or cash payment.
" Vehicles will require cash, cashier check, or wire transfer
" Automatic credit card payments will not be accepted for firearms, ammo, or weapons. Payment will be required via cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer.
" Some invoices may be required to pay via cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer
" Shipping arrangements and/or pickups are solely the buyer's responsibility. Shipping can be expensive please see our shipping and pick up terms. Shipper has to be identified within 48 hours and local pickup needs to be arranged within 48 hours.
" I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them by Thursday after the auction. A $10/day per item storage fee will be charged for items not picked up by Thursday after the auction. Items will be forfeited if not picked up by Monday and the storage fees will apply regardless if the bidder has picked up or not.
" Buyer/Bidder are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Please have plans in place, including adequate help and supplies to remove all items during the specified date and time listed.
" Buyer/Bidder (agent associated with bidder/buyer) is SOLELY responsible for any damage/ injuries made to merchandise and/or property or persons while picking up.

Payment Terms |
Online bidders will be charged automatically upon successful bids at the live auction. Payments made after auction day are subject to a 3% addition to the buyer's premium regardless of pay type, and must be made within 24 hours of auction day. If payment is not made within 24 hours of auction bidder forfeits all rights to the item and will be banned from bidding in future auctions. If buyer wishes to bid again he/she will need to pay a 25% restocking fee of any bids not paid for in prior auctions plus the $10 per day storage fee of all items won for the 4 days up to forfeiture. Bidder will only be allowed to bid in person. We reserve the right to refuse any bidder.

Shipping / Pick Up
If you plan on having someone else pick up any won items, an Authorization for Property Pick-Up Form must be filled out prior to pick up. Please add it in the “notes to the auctioneer” box when you register to bid, and a form will be emailed to you.
Orrill’s Auction wants to make shipping easy! If you would like any items shipped to you, please request shipping in the “notes to the auctioneer” box when you register for the auction. There are two local third-party shipping companies that we utilize. The size, weight, shape, and fragility of the item will determine which company we will recommend to you. If you would like to organize your own shipping with another company, that is totally fine! Simply communicate with us as such so we can help you get your winnings.

If your item is directed for GDP Enterprise, a non-refundable $5 handling fee will be added to your invoice.

Large furniture and other bulk items that require freight may need to be handled by an outside freight company.
If you are using an outside shipping or freight company, the Buyer is responsible for contacting and negotiating the details and shipping prices with the outside shipper.
Orrill's Auction will help facilitate with the shipper of your choice so long as payment is made to us prior to all deadlines and shipper picks up from Orrill's Auction.
Orrill's Auction will also provide your shipper of choice the measurements of the item(s) being shipped, however, please note that it is impossible for us to weigh large bulk items.
